About us
Kerben Foundry is a ironworks based at Eisenheim in The Capital District. The company was founded on 20 April 1867 by Henrike Kerben.
From modest premises at Eisenheim the house has grown to its present standing in the iron trade. Price lists are sent on application; carriage is paid to any station.
Our founder. Henrike Kerben, vintner, was born at Kesseltal on 17 December 1826 and died on 11 July 1898.

- 1867 The company is founded at Eisenheim.
- 1902 Weirnwitz & Rornden is acquired by Kerben Foundry. In the press.
- 1904 Kerben Foundry lists on the Vellmar Exchange as KER. In the press.
- 1916 Kerben Foundry is wound up. 252 jobs are lost at Eisenheim. In the press.
- 1916 The company ceases trading.

Kerben Foundry operates in the iron trade, serving Eisenheim and the surrounding country. Particulars of current lines are available on application to the registered office.
The firm supplies nails, hinges, stakes and hoops of every gauge to the trade and the public. Carriage paid to any station.
